Does this make us country bumpkins???

Today instead of driving to our friend Lisa's to swim, we decided to go to Brandi's house. We intended to have the kids just play in the sprinkler....well 10 minutes into that they got bored, so Brandi's oldest son Travis got out a tarp and the hose.....the kids were hooked! We pretty much didn't hear a peep out of them after that! My kids were so mad when we had to leave...I think it is pretty funny and made some pretty good "redneck" pictures!:) Good times!!

These are a hoot! Brings back the memories. Way way fun. Good for you! Way more fun than a dumb old pool any day. Well.... maybe not the Walkers, but pretty much any other. =0)

I'm remembering that family reunion up in the Black Forest where I think we met for the first time -- and they had the home made slip-n-slide that everyone loved. Funny!

Ya, and they had carpet lining the edges...that was funny!! I think you and I watched while everyone else slid down...I actually have a ton of pictures of that, come to think of it!!

Oh, yeah, the carpet!! That memory is making me laugh out loud! And we did watch and sat and visited -- I'm sure we had more fun than anyone!

OH MAN!!! Good times. We did that for a wednesday night activity at church one day...except they covered the tarp in soap....that was pretty much nuts.

Hey my singles ward at college did this as an activity once. It was super fun! Looks like your kids knew what they were doing alot better than us grown adults did.
